 1. Returns & Refunds 

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at [Info@mzansiflavours.co.uk/ 07476 182 051 ]. 

- Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

2. Cancellations 

- Orders for hot meals can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. 

- Frozen orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
