1. About Us

Mzansi Flavours is a home-based food catering business based in London, specialising in authentic South African cuisine. We offer frozen goods such as samoosas and spring rolls for delivery across the UK, as well as freshly prepared hot meals for local delivery in the London area (available once per week). 

2. Ordering & Availability 

Orders for frozen goods (e.g., samoosas, spring rolls) can be placed anytime via our website. - Orders for ready-to-eat hot meals are accepted only on Sundays to Wednesday which are then made freshly and delivered on Fridays. - All orders are subject to availability. - We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, with a full refund issued where applicable. 

3. Shipping & Delivery Frozen Products (UK-wide)

Orders are shipped via insulated packaging and/or courier service to maintain freshness. - We dispatch frozen orders Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays. - Delivery times may vary based on location and courier performance. Hot Meals (London only): - Available only within select London postcodes (please use our Whatsapp chat or email us to find out if you are within the selected range for deliveries). - Deliveries are made once a week — customers will be notified of their delivery time window in advance. 

4. Payments 

All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order. - We accept Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. - Prices include VAT where applicable. 

5. Allergens & Dietary Information 

Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. - While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, all food is prepared in a home kitchen and may not be suitable for people with severe allergies. - It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. 

6. Customer Responsibility 

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. - It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. - Once delivered, it is your responsibility to store food appropriately (e.g., refrigerate or freeze as required). 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on our website, including images, logos, menus, and product descriptions, is the property of Mzansi Flavours and may not be copied or reused without written permission. 

8. Governing Law 

These terms and any transactions with Mzansi Flavours are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
